Assignments can be made directly to Halligan Claims Investigations from this page, or you can open and save WORD versions of the referral sheets on your computer and then email (preferred) or fax a copy to HCI.  (Saving a copy to your computer with your information can save you time on future referrals).

If you need to discuss the details of any assignment, or if you have any special claim handling or billing requirements, please call 518-832-7064.  Assignments for process service can use the liability form or can be called in.

**All assignments to HCI will be acknowledged by phone or email within one business day.  If you do not receive an acknowledgement of your assignment by the end of the next business day, please contact us to confirm it was received.

**A brief status report on assignments not yet completed will be given by phone or email within 15 days of referral, or sooner if requested.
